To keep the process fair for all clubs, the Keystone Region (KRVA) sets a designated window—known as the open tryout period—when certain age groups are allowed to hold tryouts. Because this window only includes a limited number of days, scheduling conflicts between clubs can sometimes happen.
We recommend attending both days of tryouts if possible, but we understand that schedules can make that difficult. If you’re only able to attend the first day, please let one of the coaches know so they’re aware you won’t be returning for day two. This helps them make sure they get a good look at you during that session. If you can only attend the second day, just come as planned—we’ll take note of your attendance when you arrive.
Offer emails will be sent on Wednesday evening after tryouts, after 7:00 PM.
If you expected to receive an offer but have not heard from us by Wednesday evening, please contact us at parabellumvba1@gmail.com to check on your status. We evaluate many athletes during tryouts, and occasionally an error can occur.
Athletes placed on a waitlist will also be notified at that time. Waitlists are organized by age group. Since not all initial offers are accepted, we review the waitlist and invite additional players as roster spots become available.
